My stay at the hotel was decent overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which I appreciated, but they felt a bit small at times, especially since my first room didn’t have a window. The location was a mixed bag; while there were nearby food stalls, the busy traffic junction made it less appealing. Still, it was conveniently located for exploring George Town.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the staff was generally friendly. However, the wifi was a big letdown as it was not functioning during my stay and that turned into quite an inconvenience. The location is peaceful, but a bit farther from the town center than I expected, which can be a drawback for some.

While the location is pretty convenient, being just a short distance from Times Square and other main attractions, the room I stayed in had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke which was quite disappointing. The staff was helpful and friendly, making the experience a bit more pleasant. However, I can't ignore that the room cleanliness could use some improvement, especially with lingering odors. Overall, it’s a decent choice, but not the ideal experience I had hoped for.
